Overview:

The course is aimed at care staff or anyone involved in the support of a person with a mental ill health diagnosis. Delegates will look in depth at the Mental Health Capacity Act and how this works in practice.

The course aims to raise awareness and confidence in understanding the legislation and how to meet the requirements of best practice.
