As a company, Training Local Communities can provide professional advice and guidance to organisations wishing to develop or update their policies and procedures. The Team

Dave & Pauline Cowhig

Dave and Pauline Cowhig have been Shared Lives Plus carers for 30 years caring for people in their own home. People with Complex Needs, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.

Our training uses their own experiences sharing these experiences helps to bring Carers, Support Workers and Frontline Staff closer to the theme of the subject and recognises the difficulties they face in the service they provide.

Dave has also designed and coordinated involvement service’s for people with learning difficulties in the community for last 15 years.
